How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $14.95

Express shipping is $24.95

 

How long does standard delivery take?

All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and  will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. 

Dispatch of goods are within 48hrs. Please note order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak promotional periods.

Although we do our very best to dispatch your order on time or sooner, sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.

​Sydney Metro - within 1 to 2 business days

Capital Cities and surrounds - 1 to 3 business days

Regional Areas - 2 to 6 business days

​Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas and WA may take additional days to deliver. Due to Covid-19 delivery times may be longer than stated above.

 

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email info@scentempire.com.au.

 

Damaged On Delivery

If your parcel has arrived damaged (broken) deemed not able to use. Images will be required  

 

What is Our Returns Policy?

If for any reason your item/s are not satisfactory, Contact us within 48hrs of receiving your item. We accept returns with the product in its original condition with packaging and order confirmation, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. A exchange or full refund of purchase price will be issued. Unless goods are deemed faulty, postage cannot be refunded. 

 

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. 

 

Will my order come with an invoice?
No, we have shifted to a paperless service and do not include an invoice with our deliveries. To request a tax invoice, please email info@scentempire.com.au with your order details.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay.
